Hello X2 cannot be fixed on the upper right corner of the monitor
1. Check if the silicone pad is used correctly. Silicone pad A is suitable for installing the monitor with a flat back at Hello X2, and silicone pad B is suitable for installing the monitor with a special-shaped back at Hello X2.
2. Check if the back clip and silicone pad are used correctly.
（1）Back Clip A + Silicone Pad A: Suitable for monitors with a thickness of 4.5-18mm
（2）Back Clip A + Silicone Pad B: Suitable for monitors with a thickness of 1-12.5mm
（3）Back clip B + silicone pad A: suitable for monitors with a thickness of 13.5-28mm
（4）Back Clip B + Silicone Pad B: Suitable for monitors with a thickness of 8-21mm
3. Tighten the knob on the back of Hello X2.

The detector does not light up
1. Check if there is USB-SERIAL CH340 under the device manager.
2. If there is no USB-SERIAL CH340, please enter the installation folder and run DOCTOR.EXE, then install the CH340 driver as prompted. After completing the installation, you must restart the software and reconnect to Hello X2.
3. If the is a USB-SERIAL CH340, please just restart the software and reconnect Hello X2.
Function Abnormal（Unable to click adjustment and calibration）
1. Make sure you have used the original USB cable to connect Hello X2 with the computer.
2. Run HelloX software, if it prompts abnormal function. Please reinstall the HelloX software.
How to use Hello X2 on the 2nd display? （windows）
1. Switch to display only at the 2nd display
2. Fill in the size of the 2nd display in the HelloX Settings, and do all the adjustment and calibration on this 2nd display
3. Switch back to extended display
4. Start from cmdline: multidigimon -touch
5. Follow the instructions an identify the Touchscreen（the 2nd display）
6. Ready to work with the extended display
How to use Hello X2 on the 2nd display? （macOS）
1. Set the 2nd display to the main screen
2. Fill in the size of the 2nd display in the HelloX Settings, and do all the adjustment and calibration on this 2nd display
1. Don't place other objects beside the monitor.
2. Touch the calibration circle that show on the monitor with your finger accurately. Your finger must press and hold the centre of the circle.
How to upgrade the HelloX software ?
1. Click the check button in the setting version page.
2. If there is a new version, you will be prompted to upgrade the software.
